We are seeking a Facilities Field Manager to lead and support our maintenance teams. This individual will oversee field operations, manage day-to-day maintenance activities, self-perform skilled work as needed, provide crew training, and ensure all preventative maintenance and project tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:

Crew Oversight & Scheduling:
- Supervise and coordinate all field maintenance crews.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure timely and quality completion.
- Provide hands-on leadership and step in to perform skilled labor when necessary.

- Train and mentor new and existing crew members on safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and equipment use.

Work Order & Ticket Management:
- Monitor, manage, and prioritize incoming work orders and maintenance tickets.
- Ensure timely completion and accurate documentation in the ticketing system.

- Lead and complete small-scale facilities and infrastructure projects.

- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of all tools.

Fleet & Equipment Maintenance:
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules for all company vehicles and field equipment.
- Coordinate service and repairs to reduce downtime.

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or construction, including supervisory experience.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair.
- Ability to read blueprints, maintenance manuals, and technical documents.
- Experience managing work orders and maintenance ticket systems (e.g., CMMS).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in varying conditions, and travel between sites as needed.
